SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a LocalPulse form — or on a website operated by LocalPulse on behalf of one of our small business clients — you agree to receive text messages as described below.
The two messaging programs
LocalPulse LLC operates two related SMS programs from the same toll-free number, (877) 537-4067. Both follow the same opt-in, frequency, and opt-out rules described in these terms.
Program 1 — LocalPulse direct (B2B)
When a business owner opts in on a LocalPulse-branded form (e.g., the Contact form on localpulsellc.com), LocalPulse may text that owner about their audit, strategy call, or active engagement with our agency.

Program 2 — On behalf of our client businesses (ISV)
LocalPulse provides hosted websites and a customer-messaging platform to small businesses — primarily auto repair shops and home service trades. When an end customer opts in on a client business's website (e.g., a customer requesting a repair estimate from one of our auto shop clients), LocalPulse sends transactional text messages to that customer on behalf of the client. Each message clearly identifies the client business as the sender and includes the client's contact information.

Types of messages you may receive
From LocalPulse direct (Program 1):
- Confirmation that we received your audit, contact, or strategy-call request
- A link to your free audit report when it's ready
- Strategy-call confirmations and reminders
- Replies to questions you send us by text
On behalf of a client business (Program 2):
- Confirmation that the client received your service request
- Your repair estimate or quote, or a link to view it
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service status updates while a vehicle or job is in progress
- A short follow-up after service is complete
- Replies to questions you send to the client by text
Neither program sends promotional or marketing texts.
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your activity. A typical interaction generates 1–8 messages (initial confirmation, the requested deliverable, reminders, follow-up). You will not receive recurring messages outside of an active service request or engagement.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for text messages and data use will apply to messages we send and your replies. LocalPulse does not charge a separate fee, and our client businesses do not charge a separate SMS fee.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message — whether it came from LocalPulse or from one of our client businesses. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.
You can also opt out by:
- Calling LocalPulse at (702) 344-9459 and asking to be removed
- Emailing julio@localpulsellc.com with your phone number and a removal request
- Contacting the specific client business directly using the contact information shown in their messages

For help, reply HELP to any message and you will receive a response with our contact information. You can also call LocalPulse at (702) 344-9459 Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to your carrier's transmission and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Eligibility
You must be the account holder, or have permission from the account holder, for the mobile number you provide. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from your parent or guardian.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the SMS service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
